One thing Harper wasn't prepared for her senior year was Cain Kent. Quarterback, high school's golden boy with his cocky attitude and bad boy smile. His mask he puts on for the school and his Friends hides a deeper side. Deeper than the shallows of high school and his big dreams to play football.
Cain and Harper cant deny the connection they share for long, they see in each other something that no one else does. They both have big plans for their futures, so a relationship was the last thing they were looking for. Throw in a bet, high school drama, and fear to get to close, Harper and Cain may never get that chance at explore their relationship deeper.
