About the book:
SLADE
She was gone. She’d been so unreal, I almost wondered if I'd just imagined her. But her sweet perfume still lingered on my skin and on the sheets. I couldn't get rid of the disappointing feeling that kept inching into my gut knowing that I wasn't ever going to see her again.
BRITTON Something about him made me want to forget anything that troubled me and throw all caution and reason and rational thought to the wind.
Slade Stone needs to straighten out his life. It's time, he decides, to get a real job, steer clear of trouble and think about a future. But his good intentions go completely awry when Britton Henley stumbles into his life and his heart. Now, like it or not, Slade is in deep.
Britton Henley is out for one thing—revenge. The last thing she expected on her path to avenge her twin sister's death was to lose her heart to Slade Stone.

She needs something to hold on to. And when a tall, tattooed man, with lots of jokes, comes to her rescue. She starts to see that maybe this man is just what she needs to start living again.
Slade Stone has watched his brothers fall in love and start a life, free of crime and danger. Not wanting to be the fifth wheel any longer, Slade feels its time for a change. To start his life. A potential job on a fishing boat in Alaska looks to be just what he wants, what he needs. He can start living his own life, doing what he loves. But when a tiny, tough as hell women walks into a bar he is frequenting, his path starts to go in another direction. Saving this women from danger and spending a wild and sexy night together, Slade gets involved with Britton's need to find closure with her sisters death. What neither one expected was to have a kick*** adventure together along the way.
Stone Deep was a great ending to this series. Slade stone may be the funny more laid back brother, who lets things roll off his back. But deep down he deals with the scars, emotional and physically, of his past just like his brothers, Hunter & Colt. He shows vulnerability to Britton, he shows just how big his heart is. He is always running straight into danger to save others. With his cocky attitude, bad boy looks, and hero tendencies, Slade Stone is just as every bit sexy as his brothers.
Britton is a great female lead, like all of Tess Oliver's heroines. She's tough and sassy. She is dealing with so much pain from losing Perris. Guilt eats her for not being able to save her, to see she even needed saving. She has a lot to deal with in this book, but through it all she starts to heal and become stronger, she starts taking charge of her life, and what she wants out of it. Falling for Slade helped push her towards wanting more for herself. He helped her heal. They share something deep, something they never thought would happen when they set out on their little road trip.
Slade & Britton were so much fun to read. Individually they are great characters, but together they are even better. Lots of laughs, lots of sexy, and lots of love.
I loved reading about everyone together and happy. Amy & Jade welcoming Britton, and their love for Salde. Hunter and Colt teasing and protecting their brother.
I'm sad to see this series end, I really love these characters. These three books will be ones I'll come back to read again and again.
