Jenna Porter is a strong determined woman who knows what she wants, she is confident in herself but is lacking something in her love life. One thing she knows for sure is that she wants to become a mother, despite not being in a relationship, and her little bookstore not booming as she hoped, she knows she wants a baby. Jenna is prepared and has a plan in place. But that plan gets thrown in a new direction, when a chance encounter in a broken elevator, with sexy, successful, with a smile that makes her want lots of things, Emmett Smith. Who's crazy proposal of helping her have a baby, is something she is about to consider.
A relationship is not in the cards for either, Jenna or Emmett, she has a life plan and business to keep afloat. Emmett is married to his job, and doesn't believe in marriage, kids, the whole happily ever after for himself. He watched a relationship slowly fall apart and hurt people in the process. His time is only for work, he was never looking for more. But with a proposal to help Jenna become a mother, Emmett plan to be a simple donor, for a beautiful woman, gets a lot more complicated. And Emmett and Jenna both finds themselves wanting things they told themselves and each other that wasn't in the plan.
Baby daddy was a sweet, humorous, oh so sexy story. I loved the concept of this book, and Kendall Ryan delivered us one super fun read. Jenna and Emmett were great characters, the plot keep a steady pace. The sexiness, the banter, and more, make this sweet romance, one to read.
