 Summer Davis, is a little obsessive about work and making sure everything is perfect, she has no problem crossing lines, like the late night meetings in her bosses apartment, without even realizing it. She loves the work she does, and she wants to prove herself in the male dominated world of construction. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty. Summer tries to fight her attraction towards her boss, she can't afford anyone to think she has this job because of something going on between her and Jason. But this sweet and dominating man, makes Summer feel a passion she never knew, and she can't help but want to explore whats happening between them more. 

Jason Steele knows not to cross the line with his employee, but the more time spent around Summer, and her quirky rants, and late night ramblings, when all he wants to do is sleep, the harder Jason finds its almost impossible to not fall for her. Both hard workers, with a passion for the work their doing, Jason and Summer's bond and the growing attraction between them, is harder for them to ignore. And when they give into that attraction, man do sparks fly.
