Phin
From the moment I met her, I wanted her.
Everyday I fall more in love with her
All I want for Christmas is Meallá under the Mistletoe

Meallá
I’m drawn to him
I could so easily love him
All I want for Christmas is Phin in my stocking.

**This novella is 3.5 in The Fae Guard series. At least one of the previous books in the series should be read first.**

*Recommended for 18+ due to language and sexual content*

I look up into the mirror and see the female bartender from last night leaning against the counter top behind me. It’s clear that she was waiting for me, so I continue on with my task, but raise an eyebrow in question.
She eyes my curves with disdain and unconsciously smoothes a hand over her slender frame, brushing away non-existent wrinkles. “Phin mentioned that you are old friends,” she snips.
“Yes,” I answer flatly, using a paper towel to dry my hands.
“I wouldn’t read too much into him taking you out,” she warns, “He isn’t the type to settle down.” She does another once over, then molds her face into what I’m assuming is supposed to be sympathetic, but instead, makes her look like Miss Piggy with overly wide eyes and her scrunched nose in the air. “If I couldn’t get him to settle down, no one can.” Now her look turns stubborn with a side of menacing, “So, don’t try to fight for him; you’ll lose.”
One mental eye roll and a satisfying vision of a bitch slap later, I quip, “Thanks for the heads up, but ‘I, moiself, have always enjoyed a good scrimmage.’” Oink, oink. I immediately turn toward the door, dismissing her and ending this high school-esque conversation. I don’t even throw out a “Boo, you whore” on my way out. Score one for being a grownup—mostly. I may have indulged in imagining the door smacking her in the face and permanently scrunching up her nose.

~My Review~
5 Stars

I Was Provided A ARC By The Author
(Possible Spoilers)

A naughty & nice treat from Elle Christensen. She brings us a Holiday novella of second chances and rekindled love.

I love the Fae Guard Series for many reasons, each story is woven with entertaining and intriguing story lines, great humor and of course lots of sexiness. Sassy women and their hot alpha males. I was super excited when I heard we were getting the sexy as sin, bartender and all around great guy, Phin. He was a side character that grab my attention whenever he was on the page. And to be able to see into his head, and learn his history made my day.

Phin, half fae, runs the successful "Rock Falls" bar that all the friends frequent. He's happy, has good friends, but he's missing something. And that something comes sauntering into his bar, looking more beautiful then he could ever imagine. Mealla was the one who got away, friends and then lovers in college they thought they would be together forever. But circumstances got in the way, and they had to part ways. But years later, secrets kept, and hearts still beating for one another, they are given another chance to reconnect. But doubt and misunderstandings may cause a few hiccups for this couple.

I loved A Very Faerie Christmas. Mealla is a awesome, sassy, curvy women. She's got a big heart and a fun personality. Phin oh Phin has stolen my heart. This tall, hunky, sweet, alpha will make you swoon, laugh, and fall for him hard.

I will never get tired of this series, of this group of characters. This world Elle has created is a magical place to step into, a real page turning, edge of your seat, need a cold shower, type of series.

A must read Holiday story to snuggle by the fire with.

about round.jpg

I’m a lover of all things books, a hopeless romantic, and have always had a passion for writing. Between being a sappy romantic, my love of an HEA, my crazy imagination, and ok, let’s be real, my dirty mind, I fell easily into writing romance.
I’m a huge baseball fan and yet, a complete girly, girl. I’m an obsessive reader and have a slight (hahaha! Slight? Yeah, right) addiction to signed books.
I’m married to my very own book boyfriend, an alpha male with a sexy, sweet side. He is the best inspiration, my biggest supporter and the love of my life. He is also incredibly patient and understanding about the fact that he has to fight the voices in my head for my attention.
I hope you enjoy reading my books as much as I enjoyed writing them!
