A new adult, friends to lovers story, you'll want to one-click.
Devyn & Riley meet their freshman year of college. Bonding over sports, shameless flirting, and fun banter. Their friendship is instant, and over the years they are inseparable. Until feelings, mixed emotions and secrets complicated their friendship.
I really enjoyed the quick friendship that developed between the main characters, the witty back and forth conversations. Their personalities are very different, but they mesh so well. When feelings arise between them, they each take those feelings and face them in their own ways. One wanting more, and one running the other way. With such strong feelings complicating their life's, they both head in opposite directions. But a chance meeting years later bring the two old friends back together and those feelings that never went away.
Both have changed since they were last together. They will have to get to know each other again. And face the emotions they hid from each other. And a secret that has been kept over the years.
Great story. Compelling characters. A few secrets. Put that all together, and you get one fun love story.
