I am driven, I am smart, and I am going to be the first woman in the National Hockey League. No two ways about it. I’ve worked too hard. I’ve been through too much not to have what I want. I know I can do it. I will make my dad proud, and no one will stand in the way of that. That is, until I let him in. He scares me. He makes me feel. And he could very well be the one person who can make me want more than just to win.We both have the same goal. Victory. But how do you compete against the person you want to win? It’s not easy. Love isn’t something you can control. It isn’t like a puck that can be handled by a stick. No, it has a mind of its own and does what it wants.Neither of us saw it coming, and we really don’t know if there is a way to score, especially when you’re being Clipped by Love.

A beautifully written, emotionally packed, pull you in and leave you with a major book hangover kind of story.
Toni Aleo does it again.
With stunning characters and beautiful words, Clipped by Love will leave a impact on you.
Baylor Moore. Oh Baylor. Strong, beautiful, determined, and so damn stubborn. She is the type of female lead I love to read in a novel. She knows what she wants, and goes after it, full force, with so much drive for the sport that she loves, that she lives for. But she's also so hard headed that it gets in the way of her being able to open up. You wanna shake her and say Open Your Eyes. But she's been burned to many times to trust easy. She's vulnerable and scared of putting her heart on the line, like so many people. She's a great, character that i think alot of readers will be able to relate to.
Jayden Sinclair. Oh my oh my oh my, did Jayden Sinclair steal my heart and make me fall for him so hard. I just knew i would love this man when we first met him in Boarded by Love, but i didn't know how much he would make me swoon until i got to see inside the head of the big, sexy, scruffy, tatted up, but-kicking hockey player, that was Jayden Sinclair. Jayden takes alot of responsibility for his family, the one off the ice and the one on the ice, to protect them and care for them. And i so loved that. He is a strong, sensitive guy with a huge heart and killer smile. With eyes, like Baylor says, that you can see into his soul. He is a new Book Boyfriend that, like me, I'm sure people with love and love and love.
The Bellevue Bullies played a huge part of this story, i loved the feeling of family, and how they came together to support and protect Baylor. Being the sole women playing in a sport dominated by men. I loved how she still came out on top and fought no matter how many insults or hits she received.
And lastly i have to say i fell in love with Baylor's Dad. River Moore. Where you mainly read about the characters mom being their main support, It was a nice change, to see a tough, big, hard, sweet man, and all the love he had for his daughter. I loved every interaction he had with Baylor.
Along with Baylor's dad, I SO loved the Sinclair Boys. Every moment with these three together had me laughing. These brothers have so much love, and a fierce protectiveness for one another. Also Jace & Markus, man these two made me laugh soooo much.
Jayden and Baylor's love story is one i will remember as one of the great ones. And i cant wait to dive back in and fall in love with them all over again.
