Another great addition to a awesome series.
Each book just keeps getting better and better.
When we first met Peyton in the past books, you just knew this small, timid women had a past.
She's broken, hurt, and scarred, but despite all that she keeps fighting. Anne did a great job of sharing her past, and the struggle she faced, is facing each day.
I really enjoyed seeing a different side to the goofing, always joking Jayden King.
He has so much history, and pain hiding behind smiles, and laughs.
Peyton and Jayden, face there past, and secrets together, while trying to leave them behind and move on to a bright future.
"I dream of Kings, but not the kind that live in castles and sail across the seas.
I dream of my king, unique only to me. His skin is draped in ink instead of expensive silk, his eyes the ever changing blue of the sea, and his heart broken and fragile but perfect for me."
Payton is a great character, full of heart and a sass, that hides behind her shyness. But Jayden and there amazing group of friends help bring her out of her shell, and show her real love and trust.
"Every King needs a Queen, Peyton. Your Mine."
Jayden is a sexy, tattooed, alpha. I wasn't expecting that from the lovable joker. But it's pretty damn sexy. ;)
But he also holds alot of guilt from his past, that he learns he cant carry around forever.
"Even in the darkest of his days, his soul bled out onto the skins of others. Pieces of his suffering are murals on the bodies of people he barley knows. A person whose pain resembles a jigsaw puzzle, only he created the pieces he'll never get back."
Of course i love seeing the interactions with the other characters, i love how all our favorites are interwoven through each story.
I really liked the friendship/big brother relationship Peyton shares with Colt, i hope we get more of him in future books.
We also got more of Jackson, and I cant wait to read his story.
Peyton and Jayden are a great couple, i loved every one of there interactions.

Hey y’all..
I was born and raised in Ladner, a small farm town just outside Vancouver, Canada. I grew up riding horses, shooting guns, and driving in trucks.
I never expected to be an author. A massage therapist? Yes. Take over the family construction company? Yes. But an author? No. Writing was something that snuck up on me and rooted itself into my life. It was beautiful to discover that love, and I’m truly grateful to say I’ve found my passion.
