One to Save brings us another emotion packed chapter to a amazing series.
Lies, secrets, love, family, friends, and revenge, all rolled into a story that will keep you up all night with its griping suspense.
Derek is having to deal with the conciseness of that night, when him and Patrick tried to bring down the scum that is Sloan. Melissa's abusive Ex.
He's having to live with what he did, its weighing on him. All the while keeping Melissa and their son safe.
And away from the danger and heartache that is about to follow.
Melissa cant handle the lies, and secrets anymore, she dealt with that in her previous marriage, and she wont do it again.
She has to do whats right for her and her son, Dex.
Melissa and Derek are being torn apart by there own flaws and by revengeful strangers.
They fight hard to fix this problem and remain a family.
This book, made me angry, sad, teary eyed, happy, and wanting more, all in one siting. So i just knew it was a great book.
I loved seeing all the couples interwoven. Coming together and having one each others back, when faced with hard times.
I love when we get to touch base with where everyone is and what their doing.
Stuart and Marsika
Patrick and Elaine
Slayde and Kenny
And being introduced to Marcus and Amy.
I love that these characters have gotten their happy endings and i cant wait to see where they are next.
Marriages, babies, fights, love, lies, tears, secrets, pain, happily ever afters? You never know whats coming next in this series, but i love it.
