I Was Provided A ARC By The Author

When we first met Kenny in One To Keep, you know she was a young lost women, suffering heartache from losing her husband.
By the time we meet up with her again in this story, she has grown alot, and has her life on a good track, steady job, friends, her son, a great friendship with Patrick and a growing one with Elaine.
Things changes some, when the gym she works at hires quiet, to himself, tattooed, ruggedly sexy Slayde.
Something pulls Kenny to Slayde, and him to her.
But Slayde just wants to fly under the radar. He's putting a bad past behind him, and using this second chance to live a better life. And that doesn't include this beautiful, spunky, artist.
But the pull between them can only be ignored for so long. Before they give in and embrace this burning passion they have for one another.
Kenny has really grown as a character, matured, and even though she still struggles some days with the lost she suffered years ago. She still strives to be a good friend and mom. And enjoy her life.
Slyde is a complex character. Hiding a dark past. But trying his best to live this second chance and not backslide into that dark place from his past.
A really compelling, story, full of lies, secrets, and learning to give and except second chances.
