Caught Up In You Synopsis:
Life has
a way of shaping you into what it wants you to be, regardless of how much you
fight it.
Brantley
Prescott is damaged. Scarred by a past she can’t forget. Hiding secrets she’s
terrified to share. Searching for a future she doesn’t believe she’ll ever find.
Myles
Franco is alone. Burdened by mistakes he’ll never live down. Fostering a deep
resentment for the opposite sex. Unleashing his wrath on any girl who gets too
close.
Brantley
has worked behind the bar long enough to recognize Myles for what he is—a
douchebag player with nothing on his mind but keeping a steady stream of girls
flowing through his bed. With his messy dark hair, sapphire blue eyes,
rock-solid body, and endless tattoos he’s impossible to ignore. But that’s
exactly what she plans on doing.
After
just one run-in with Brantley, Myles is even more determined to stick to the
rules he lives by. She’s mouthy, blunt, and doesn’t back down—no matter how hard
he pushes her. She could turn out be the one temptation that drags him down the
path he’s been trying to avoid. He won’t let that happen.
Both are
content living behind the solid walls they’ve built around themselves. Neither
is prepared for what happens when their lives collide.
Due to
sexual content and graphic language - 17+ recommended.

~My Review~ 5 Stars *****
I Was Provided A ARC In Exchange Of A Honest Review
(Spoilers)
Colee Firman brings us a griping story, of love, heartache, miscommunication, and second chances.
Brantley Prescott has is a strong, independent, nineteen year old, who has been through hell. She's trying to live her life. She holds a steady job, goes to college, and now she needs her own place. She wants to let her Aunt Jen go to Boston with her fiance. She's been taking care of Brantley for three years now. And she wants her aunt to start her life.
With a new apartment, and great friends, Brantley feels like she's in a good place.
She has Livvy, Wyatt Dempsey, and Livvy's boyfriend Tom, and his cousins,The Dempsey brothers, there is alot of them.
But things become a emotional roller-coaster ride when she meets her down stairs neighbour. He's intrigues her with his, dark looks, tattoo's, piercings, and a asshole attitude.
Myles Franco is a man who keeps to himself. Hurt and betrayed, he doesn't let himself close to people, mainly women. He stays in his apartment, and works on developing a video game with his friend Pete, who's doing his part in Japan. Myles will be leaving for Japan soon. So the last thing he needs is a women complicating things.
But with his upstairs neighbour, always knocking on his door, or disturbing his sleep. He can't help but let this beautiful women distracted him from his plans.
Brantley and Myles both have things in there past that they are to scared to share. But they can't deny the feelings growing between them.
Unfortunately, with missed chances, secrets, fear and miscommunication, Brantley & Myles keep seeming to miss the chance at there happy ending.
I really enjoyed all these characters. Especially Brantley & Myles.
These are broken, scared, real characters, who really grow and become so much more by the end of the book.
Great job Colee Firman. I can't wait to read more from you.
As
a Michigan native, she never passes up a chance to escape the winter weather.
When she’s not working at her day job or writing, she’s traveling with her
longtime boyfriend, reading with her cat, or binging on
Netflix.
