Burned by Tara Sivec is definitely my new favorite read! I devoured this book in one night. It made me burn for more of the scorching chemistry between the main characters.
Finnley Morgan has spent many years with a man who miss used her trust and took advantage. Seventeen years to be exact. And when the end of her marriage comes to be. Finnley is more relived than heartbroken. Jordan Castillo is NOT the same man she feel for all those years ago. She's ready to move on. Put those long seventeen years behind her, and start living her life. To follow dreams she long ago put to bed. She wants her passion for art to spark back up. To laugh, and love, and not feel such a tough burden on her shoulders every minute of her day.

Collin McDaniels is a strong man who is dedicated to his life as a fireman. It was always a dream. He's worked hard. Seeing Finnley again is like breathing fresh air for Collins. He can't believe how much he missed this beautiful person. She's grown into a strong and sexy women. She's no longer the girl he knew. With knowing all Finnley has been though in her marriage. He's ready to help her find her passion again, while helping her learn of the desires that her body craves.
"He walks back towards me, coming out of the shadows until he's standing right in front of me with a black remote in his hand. Without a word, he sets the remote down on top of the speaker next to me.

The one word from his mouth is spoken softly, but with conviction and i have no choice but to comply.
When these two come together, the heat, and passion, and love, flow through the pages. It's a beautiful love story, about a second chance at a first love. Filled with suspense, and very, very, HOT Sexy times between Finnley & Collin. ;)
