All Broke Down was a perfect companion to All Lined Up. Reading about beloved characters from the first book, seeing new sides of them & meeting new characters. It's a great mix of school pride, guys playing football, romance, & Silas Moore.
When a book starts out with the main characters, (Dylan & Silas) meeting in a jail cell. You just know your in for a great story. Especially if it's coming from Cora Carmack! She writes a awesome blend of sexiness, angst, romance, & football. She sure knows how to mess with your feels.
The back and forth between Silas & Dylan, Is sexy and funny, and tension filled. Dylan is a kind hearted girl, who wants to save everything and everyone. But also wants more to her strict, planned out for her, life. And what perfect way to break away from those strict plans, then to get a little mixed up with the bad boy. Silas is the bad boy, women loving, football player, who comes from a hard upbringing. With one to many strikes against him, Silas is real close to kissing his spot on The Rusk University Football team goodbye. So what better way to clean up his act, then spending time with the beautiful Dylan.. aka (captain planet) to Torres. Can i just say how much this dude cracks me up. Cant wait to get my hands on his book!
Dylan & Silas feel they could both benefit from the other. And it doesn't hurt that every time there in the same room, kisses are shared. Silas is a book boyfriend to root for and swoon over. While Dylan is a great female lead, who'll you'll be hoping brakes out of her shell. Her and Silas, bring so much out of each other. There a great pair to read about, And i wish i could read more about these two. But I'll look forward to hearing about them in the future books.
