Trying to score gives us the story of Fallon Parker & Lucas Brooks. And boy is this a up and down emotional ride. Fallon and Lucas met years ago when there were younger. But because of certin mishaps, it was broken off and they went separate ways. Years later after Lucas is traded to the assassins, he sees fallon again. He never stoped loving her. But he's in for a surprise when he finds out fallon had a son, his son. And for seven years never told him. Wanting nothing more than to get to know Aiden, Lucas decides to do whatever he can to have his son in his life, and to get fallon back. I think Lucas is the guy every girl wants to marry! I mean swoon. Sexy, tattooed, alpha male. Who becomes a great dad. And fallon I was kinda hot and cold with her. At first she kinda drove me nuts, but by the end of the book, I just wanted to grab her and hug her. Lucas & Fallon's book is a true second chance at love story.
